Getting Exception: "Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined."

Hi, I did follow a simple tutorial given on http://developer.ribbit.com/dev-documents/net/getting-started-net . On executing the project, I get the Exception: "Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.". What could be the possible cause?

Got it worked out ! Put the
Got it worked out ! Put the url of HTTP proxy as http://ip-address rather than simply putting it as ip-address.
