How do I turn email / transcription on or off for my Developer Account ???

According to the URL below http://developer.ribbit.com/dev-documents/getting-started-ribbit-developer-platform There seems to be a way to turn on email notification. Also there seems to be no mention on how to turn off transcription !! Both these are NOT available for my purpose phone number !! I get charged 10 cents every time I make a call !! (transcription) which I cannot even access !!!! I realise this is BETA , but there should be some thing to let us know whats going on . Also I cant seem to figure out how why I cant create multiple numbers, and link them to different applications. There seems to be only 1 number for app applications. Ribbit Developers :- PLEASE EXPLAIN !!
