Inbound Notification cc_call_incoming is not received when receiving a call.

In case of Incoming call, cc_call_incoming notification should be sent according to http://developer.ribbit.com/dev-documents/rest/rest-api-event-notifications. However, cc_call_ringing is sent instead.

From Skype, developer made a call to his purpose number in his application, and he received the following notifications. There's no "cc_call_incoming" event.

Sorry it's taken such a long time for this response.

We are now working on the eventing side of the API, and the documentation, to make it a lot clearer.
